SQUALL MASTERS CLINIC SERIES
Breathe Better. Swim Stronger.
A three-part breathing clinic series for Georgian Bay Squall Masters, and other swimmers who want to build their capacity for effort, stress and pressure.
You've built the fitness. But is your breathing helping you use it?
VIEW CLINICS & REGISTER →WHO IT'S FOR
For the swimmer ready to work smarter with the fitness they’ve worked hard to build.
When breathing begins to unravel, swimmers rush their exhale, lose their rhythm and work harder for every breath. It happens during a demanding set, behind the blocks, or in the opening moments of an open-water swim.
But it doesn't only happen in the pool.
The same underlying response takes over during a hard day at work, when the kids are fighting, or on any given Tuesday when life asks more of you than expected.
This series uses swimming as the training ground for the same skill your nervous system relies on everywhere else. You'll learn how to use your breathing as an enabler, supporting your performance, your recovery, and the Tuesday morning after a hard practice.
Each 90-minute clinic combines guided breathing instruction, individual observation and poolside application - helping you build capacity you can use, on the blocks and off.
THE CLINIC SERIES
No fluff. No woo. Just practical breathing science.
Grounded in evidence, shaped by experience and delivered with a splash of humour.
Each clinic is offered twice - choose morning or evening. All sessions take place poolside at Centennial Pool.

PROOF
"Would I recommend this to other athletes? Absolutely. Pre-performance, controlling your emotions, and in performance itself. For swimmers, that's breath control right through the race."
Mike Carnegie. Athlete & Coach, Collingwood Clippers Swim Club
Hi, I'm Jenny.
A certified breathwork instructor (Language of Breath, SHERPA Level 2 Breathwork & Cold Plunge) based in Thornbury, Ontario.
I work with people performing at a high level in real, demanding lives — adults running on override, athletes in training, anyone whose system is doing more than it used to. I help them build nervous-system capacity they can actually use — on a Tuesday morning, between shifts, the night before something big. Not a retreat. Not a quick fix. A practice.
I'm also a mum, a single parent, and a believer in brave, imperfect beginnings.
Whether we're practicing at a brewery, on a Zoom, with a team before their season, or around a fire in my backyard, the goal is the same: help you steady your system and build the capacity to go after what's next.
WHEN YOU BREATHE BETTER, YOU CAN LIVE BRAVER.

Jenny also offers custom breathing clinics for swim teams and other athletic groups.
