Breathe out the week. Step into the weekend.
There's a stretch at the end of the week when you're technically done — laptop closed — but your body hasn't caught up yet. Breathwork Happy Hour is the thing that actually moves you into the weekend.
Thirty to forty minutes of guided breathwork to leave the week behind you — the deadlines, the tantrums, the in-laws, the tension — then we crack a beer, sink into the couch, and enjoy the company.
This is your three deep breaths — the hard stop between the week and the weekend. Stress cycle completed. Relaxation mode activated.
This one's just fun. Great music, feel-good breathwork, and a drink with your people. It runs once a month, it's pay-what-you-can from $20, and no experience is needed.
What to bring:

Contrast, music, and community to help your body downshift and recalibrate.
An evening built to help you slow down, let go, and feel connected — to your body, your breath, and the people around you. We move gently through a guided circuit of breathwork, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and fire.
The kind of reset you can feel in your shoulders, your breath, and your mood. We finish gathered by the fire with something warm to sip, good conversation, and a soft landing into your evening.
What's included:

I've been invited to teach breathwork and cold plunge at SHENscape: Radiance — a week-long retreat in the hills of Nicaragua led by Vicki Rivard of The Shen Studio.
Seven days rooted in classical Chinese medicine, elemental wisdom, and deep rest. Yoga, meditation, somatic experiencing, soundbath, temazcal ceremony, jungle adventures, and nourishing meals — with daily breathwork and cold plunge sessions guided by me.
Nicaragua in November is the threshold between rainy and dry season. Everything is lush, alive, and exhaling.
