BREATHWORK
REAL TOOLS FOR REAL LIFE
Not just for yogis.
Not just for elite athletes.
And definitely not just “woo.”
This is for people performing at a high level in a real, demanding life — and feeling what it costs. High-functioning adults running on override. Athletes training hard. Anyone whose system is doing more than it used to.
Maybe it's a layoff, a diagnosis, a divorce, or burnout. Maybe it's training for something and needing your body to keep up. Maybe it's just a stretch where the baseline doesn't feel like a baseline anymore.
Either way, the work is the same: a regulated nervous system, and the physiological capacity to go after what's next.
THIS IS YOUR INVITATION TO BREATHE BETTER AND LIVE BRAVER.
You can't think your way out of your physiology.
Fix the physiology first. Then do the work.
Hi, I'm Jenny.
A certified breathwork instructor (Language of Breath, SHERPA Level 2 Breathwork & Cold Plunge) based in Thornbury, Ontario.
I work with people performing at a high level in real, demanding lives — adults running on override, athletes in training, anyone whose system is doing more than it used to. I help them build nervous-system regulation they can actually use — on a Tuesday morning, between shifts, the night before something big. Not a retreat. Not a quick fix. A practice.
I'm also a mum, a single parent, and a believer in brave, imperfect beginnings.
Whether we're practicing at a brewery, on a Zoom, with a team before their season, or around a fire in my backyard, the goal is the same: help you steady your system and build the capacity to go after what's next.
WHEN YOU BREATHE BETTER, YOU CAN LIVE BRAVER.

GUIDED SERIES
The Exhale Sessions
Guided Breathwork — Live or On Your Own Time
The Exhale Sessions are a guided breathwork series designed to help you regulate your nervous system, clear mental noise, and reconnect with yourself.
Every few months, I host a live 6-week series — a space to pause, breathe, and reset alongside others.
If you prefer to move at your own pace, you can access past sessions anytime and return to them whenever you need.
Each session pairs a Core Breathwork Practice with an Everyday Integration cue — so the practice lands in your body, and then into your day.
This is a practice you can return to
not just a one-time experience.
The Exhale Sessions are designed as a progressive series - Start with steadiness. Move into intention. Go deeper when you’re ready.
Regulation Reset
For when your system feels overwhelmed and needs to steady
Wake Up Grounded
For starting your day clear, steady, and in control
Offload (Coming Soon)
For releasing built-up stress and going deeper
LIVE EXPERIENCES
Breath on Tap
Breathwork for fun! No agenda, no drama, no falling asleep — this one's just for the joy of it.
Breath on Tap brings guided breathwork into real-life spaces — breweries, backyard fires, community gatherings. A room full of people, good music, and (usually) a glass of something afterward.
Each session blends music, intention, and simple breath practice to bring your nervous system back online in real time — with the people around you. It's grounded in science. It's also genuinely fun.
Sometimes we breathe in a brewery. Sometimes under the stars. Sometimes around a backyard fire.
But the intention is always the same: pause, breathe, feel good, and leave a little more grounded than you came.
No experience needed. No pressure to go deep. Just curiosity — and a willingness to breathe.

Performance Edition
Breathwork built for athletic teams — the foundation for health and performance.
Performance Edition is a team breathwork session for competitive athletes — swim teams, hockey teams, run and triathlon clubs, anyone in active training.
It's the functional breathing that drives better performance, faster recovery between efforts, and composure under game-day pressure. Nervous system science, delivered with enough fun that the team actually wants to be there.
The first session ran with the Georgian Bay Squall Masters swim team in spring 2026 — and the coaches asked to bring it back as a series.
90-minute team sessions, or a multi-session clinic series across a training block. Hosted at your facility, or at the home circuit where sauna and cold plunge are part of the experience.

HAVE EXPERIENCED
REAL PEOPLE. REAL BREATHS. REAL SHIFTS.
"Thank you so much for an awesome session. It was just what I needed after a really hard week at work. Not only was it fun (I loved the playlist), I felt energized afterwards and am now very content and relaxed as I roll into the weekend"
Nathalie - Breath on Tap
"Jenny’s guidance through the breathwork was calming and empowering. I felt both grounded and re-energized by the end of the session. Her ability to create a safe and welcoming space made it easy to fully immerse myself in the practice."
Lauren - Regulation Reset
"Would I recommend this to other athletes? Absolutely. Pre-performance, controlling your emotions, and in performance itself — for swimmers, that's breath control right through the race."
Mike Carnegie, Athlete and Coach, Collingwood Clippers Swim Club
"I was a skeptic. I learned to feel the difference in my breathing — I surprised myself going in the cold plunge. Would I tell another athlete to do this? 100%."
Caroline - Performance Edition
