NEXT COHORT KICKS OFF JANUARY 14, 2027 · ENROLMENT OPEN →

You can be grateful AND want more.

You’ve built a lot. There’s plenty to be grateful for. And still, there’s that itch: what else could I do? What do I actually want?

Well, my friend, let’s explore it. Bring the itch, the half-formed idea, or the “I don’t know, but something.”

The Propeller Experience is six weeks of live coaching with me, Jenny, alongside women who help you see more possibilities for yourself. We’ll dream, put those possibilities on the table, and build a 90-day roadmap toward what you actually want.

Come tell me what’s stirring. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and whether Propeller fits.

We play here.

When you tell me things are good and you still can’t shake the question of what’s next, my excitement dial gets cranked right up!

Because we get to explore.

→ What haven’t we considered?
→ What have you already ruled out?
→ What might you want if you weren’t immediately responsible for figuring out every single step?

The business idea. The different role. The same work with different hours. The thing you’re almost scared to say out loud.

You don’t have to wait until you hate your job to explore what’s next. And you don’t have to know what you want before you start.

You can bring seventeen ideas. You can bring a complete blank.

This shit is my jam!

“After my first conversation with Jenny though, I could tell that this community would challenge me in the best way - helping me strive for bigger goals than I would have on my own.”

— Rebecca, Propeller alumna

The mastermind sessions? These are the gold.

Every Tuesday, we come together for an hour.

The women in the room have been directors in tech, finance and government, entrepreneurs building something of their own, artists, and women returning after years away. Different lives, the same question.

Bring the thing you’ve been turning over all week...

The belief you’ve caught yourself repeating.
The idea you want to say out loud but haven’t quite dared.

I’ll ask questions. Another woman might offer a perspective that opens a door you hadn’t noticed. And you’ll do that for her, too.

Nobody here says “yeah, but.” We say “yes, and.”

Think of a balloon filling with air. Every question from the room pushes the edges out a little further.

You don’t need a polished update. Simply come as you are.

“A conversation with Jenny really changed my mind when she talked about the way the group tended to ‘yes, and...’ for each other.”

— Sarah, Propeller alumna

Curious about doing this work with us? Come talk to me. Bring your questions—or the idea you haven’t quite said out loud yet.

You make things happen.
What would you love to make happen for you?

You keep things moving. At work. At home. For everyone.

But how much of it are you consciously choosing—and how much is just what you do because you’ve always done it?

What would you love more of?
What would you happily never do again?
How do you want your days to feel?

So when you do make your next move, it’s one you chose, not one that just happened.

We’re not burning the house down. We’re turning the dial toward more joy.

Portrait of Jenny

This is why I could do this all day.

I love watching someone start to see more for herself. You can feel the energy shift. She starts getting curious about an idea she was dismissing twenty minutes ago.

Living someone else’s version of success is like pushing with a bent arm. Find your own alignment and the arm straightens. Things start to flow.

I know what it’s like to be on the other side of that conversation. I’ve been laid off while pregnant, and I learned how fast a “sensible” path can disappear—and how much it matters to choose your own.

And I’ve spent a decade working inside government retraining, corporate leadership programs, nonprofit communities, and directly with women.

Each sector was solving a piece. No one was solving the whole.

So I built the Advancement Blueprint: mindset, skillset, and network working together, not one at a time.

I bring that experience into our conversations. You bring a whole life’s worth of your own.

Here’s where we’ll go together.

1. What do you actually want?

We begin by dreaming big, on purpose, before anything gets edited out. You’ll start your personal Want List—naming things before deciding whether you’re allowed to have them.

The how is none of your business. Yet.

2. Whose belief is that, anyway?

I can’t have that. It’s too late. Work is supposed to be hard. Who am I to do this?

We’ll get curious about where those beliefs came from, whether they’re true, and how they’re affecting your choices.

3. Let’s put some possibilities on the table.

You’ll explore three potential paths: what you currently do, something you never thought you’d do, or something you’ve always wished you could do. Then you pick and choose what you want right now. You get to design this next stage of your life.

4. Who is she—and what would she do?

The woman living the life you’re imagining: let’s get to know her. How does she make decisions? What does she say yes to?

This is your winning self-image. Start being her now. Living as she lives, doing as she does.

5. Give yourself an aiming point.

We’ll bring your exploration into a 90-day roadmap. A direction to move towards, practical next steps, and room to adjust as you learn.

It’s not a hustle plan. It’s an alignment plan. Think prototypes, not promises.

6. Take a breath. Bring it together.

Our final week is for integration, with a closing call to look at how you’ll carry this into your life. Because the journey is your life. You get to enjoy it along the way.

“I often find myself identifying limiting beliefs and addressing them, and asking myself — what would she do?”

— Jasmina, Propeller alumna

What’s coming up for you as you read this? Come tell me. You don’t need to have it figured out.

Since 2021, more than 600 women have been through Propeller.

Here’s some of what happened next:

  • Crystal wrote her own job description, submitted it, and accepted the promotion.
  • Margaret became a Director of Financial Planning, “with so much more confidence and clarity.”
  • Jenna returned after a long career break and now sits at an executive table.
  • Christie landed a new role with a 20% salary increase.
  • Many decided to reshape the work they already had—and that counts too.
Two Propeller alumnae in conversation

“The Propeller Experience helped me realize my worth, find clarity to identify what I really want, and build the confidence I needed to ask for and achieve what I want.”

— Christie, Propeller alumna

“It is only because of this group and my mindset work … that this happened! … I’ve never been so motivated, clear or focussed in my entire life.”

— Kelly, Propeller alumna

And we don’t say goodbye after six weeks.

You keep the videos, recordings and workbooks for six months, and you get lifetime access to the Cellective, our monthly alumni calls. You get something new every time you revisit this work because...

You are not the same woman. It is not the same river. You grow, you change and what you want changes too.

“It’s not just a program—it’s a trusted place I return to when I need clarity, courage, and connection.”

You might be asking...

“Couldn’t I figure this out myself?”

You can do a lot yourself. You already do.

But you don’t know what you don’t know. And you can’t ask yourself a question that hasn’t occurred to you yet.

The people who love you may have opinions about what you should do. They might jump straight to the reasons it won’t work before you’ve even finished saying it. Here, we give the idea a little air.

Sometimes a woman says something she’s wanted for years and the tears come. The relief of finally saying it out loud. Of letting herself want it.

“I’ve done coaching before. What’s different here?”

Bring everything you’ve learned about yourself. You have my coaching, and you also have the experience, imagination, and connections of the other women. Someone knows a person you could talk to. You see a possibility in her story that changes how you think about your own.

“Is this the right season for me?”

You don’t need a quiet life or a perfectly clear calendar. You do need a willingness to get curious.

All in, it’s about 1½ to 2 hours a week: a 5–10 minute lesson each Friday, one hour live on Tuesdays at noon Eastern (recorded if you miss one), and a choose-your-own-adventure workbook. Listen on a walk. Pick the exercise that catches your attention.

Can you make room for our Tuesday conversations? Let’s talk about that. Bring your questions about the program, the timing, or what participation could look like in your life.
