So we created The Propeller Experience. A coaching program and collective to help you reconnect with your professional potential, expand your opportunities and get excited about your next career move.
The Propeller Experience
Propeller Experience participants receive a coaching and career development community, plus a resource library of hundreds of hours of highly valuable and impactful coaching programs. Weekly growth labs and mentorship sessions provide incredible opportunities to learn, grow and lead your peers.
There are three core elements to the program, The Community Membership, Mindset Reset program, and the career accelerator program which has been designed to help you Take Action toward achieving your career goals.
These core elements have been sold together as one program for years and have supported hundreds of women. We have recently decided to make the community available as a monthly membership, offering Mindset and Action as add-on programs made available to community members whenever they are ready.
We wanted to make sure economics wasn't going to be a barrier for people to get the support and coaching they need, when they need it.
Community Membership
This private community is where we gather for weekly growth labs, coaching calls, mentorship events, and a resource library with hundreds of hours of recorded coaching content.
This is where the magic happens, where we connect and offer, as well as receive support from each other. You're not in this alone.
Mindset Reset
A deep dive into your current belief systems so you can learn how to dream again. You will walk away with an aiming point and clarity around what you want out of your career and your life. This 4-week program includes easy-to-follow video and audio lessons, workbooks, coaching sessions, and live support from the Propeller team and your peers.
Take Action
Reimagine what your career can look like. This career accelerator program includes over 20 hours of on-demand content, delivered by thought leaders and mentors from a wide variety of industries to help you explore your possibilities. You will create your recruiting package, hone your job search skills and negotiate offers so you can create the career you truly desire.
