Terms & Conditions — Digital Breathwork Programs

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any recorded breathwork program offered by tellent Services Incorporated ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including Regulation Reset and other Exhale Sessions products under the Expansion Journey brand (the "Program"), you ("you" or "Participant") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Program.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. What you are purchasing

The Program is a pre-recorded, on-demand digital product — a series of guided breathwork audio sessions and supporting written materials, delivered online through our member platform.

• The Program is self-guided. It is not a live session, course, or coaching engagement, and does not include scheduled or one-to-one time with the facilitator unless explicitly stated at purchase.
• You receive lifetime access to the materials included in your purchase, for as long as we continue to offer the platform and the Program. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not a guarantee of perpetual availability.
• Access is for your personal, individual use only.

3. Health, safety & medical disclaimer

The Program is intended for general wellness, relaxation, and nervous-system regulation. It is not medical, psychological, or healthcare advice, and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.

Breathwork can produce physical and emotional responses, including changes in heart rate, lightheadedness, tingling, or emotional release. By using the Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You will consult a licensed healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant, or have any cardiovascular or respiratory condition, epilepsy or a history of seizures, significant anxiety or panic symptoms, or any other condition that could be affected by breathwork.
• You will listen to your body, practise in a safe seated or lying-down position, and stop if you feel dizzy, uncomfortable, or unwell.
• You will never practise breathwork while driving, operating machinery, or in or near water.
• Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing before, during, and after each practice.

4. Assumption of risk & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge the Company, its facilitators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Program. Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. By using the Program, you accept any associated risks and assume full responsibility for your participation.

5. Access, accounts & availability

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for a device and internet connection capable of accessing the materials. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms or technical issues outside our reasonable control. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Program; where reasonable, we will provide comparable access to materials you have purchased.

6. Refunds

Because the Program grants immediate, lifetime access to digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All Program content — including recordings, audio, written guides, exercises, and techniques — is the exclusive property of the Company and is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not record, copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publicly use any part of the Program without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.propellerexperience.com/policies/privacy. By using the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
